(*option) means that the kitten has already been promised to some one, IF it develops into what that particular buyer is asking for. This is still too early to tell, due to the light colours of this litter, so that explains the term (*option)
Kittens of *showquality* are almost always much 'wanted', and there will be people, that have been waiting for a particular kitten for years, so you will have to be patient if you want a kitten like this. I don't know about other breeders, but unfortunately not every litter of mine contains a showquality kitten :-(
